Our firm's policy is to donate professional time on a pro bono basic to assist with the establishment or incorporation of foundations or other non-profit organizations, providing they are for the support of the poor, disadvantaged or handicapped. Only reimbursement of out-of-pocket and related government fees will be charged to the client. This service is subject to prior approval on a case-by-case basis and to office time constraints.

Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) The Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) is an international organization, which focuses on the development of business law and legal activities in the Pacific Rim. Dej-Udom Krairit served as a past president of the IPBA, and now serves as head of the M.S. Lin Scholarship Committee, providing scholarships for young lawyers and lawyers from developing countries.
