After spending a number of years as a corporate tax and business consultant for SVG, the local representative of Arthur Andersen, Mr. Worawut Krairit was recruited to help run Dej-Udom & Associates. Since joining the firm in 1988 he has been responsible for providing legal advice to major corporate clients, both Thai and international. During the last two years he has worked closely with a major Fortune 500 company in obtaining Board of Investment privileges to undertake a multi-million dollar manufacturing project in Thailand. Mr. Krairit is a graduate of Thammasat University (1975) and was admitted to the Thai Bar in 1976.

Nipa Pakdeechanuan, Senior Partner

As a senior corporate partner with Dej-Udom & Associates, Ms. Nipa Wongyeekhul has advised many foreign clients concerning the regulations and requirements for establishing businesses in Thailand. Her areas of expertise include undertaking legal due diligence on behalf of foreign companies entering into joint ventures with Thai companies. She has also handled the registration of many companies under the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States. She graduated from Thammasat University in 1987, where she also obtained a Business Law Diploma in 1998. She was admitted to the Thai Bar in 1990.

Aim-on Larpisal, Senior Partner

Ms. Aim-on Larpisal has headed the Employment/Immigration Department of Dej-Udom & Associates law firm for over ten years. This department routinely advises clients on labor contracts, work rules, work permits, and visa applications. Ms. Larpisal also advises clients concerning Board of Investment rules and regulations and other areas of corporate law. Clients include both local Thai companies and multi-national corporations. A graduate of Chulalongkorn University, 1986, Ms. Larpisal obtained her masters degree in law from Chulalongkorn University in 1991.

Punjaporn Kosolkitiwong, Senior Partner
Field of Specialization: Litigation, Financial Restructuring, Arbitration
Ms. Punjaporn Kosilkitiwong heads the Litigation Department of Dej-Udom & Associates, a firm serving a wide range of Thai and multi-national clients The litigation department routinely handles both civil and criminal cases in the Bangkok courts and in provincial courts. In addition to litigation, Dej-Udom & Associates has undertaken a number of international arbitration cases. Ms. Koslkitiwong holds a degree in law from Thammasat University (1980), and was admitted to the Bar in 1988. She has served as a lecturer for the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
